About Chameleon Personnel Services

Chameleon Personnel Services provide a Professional and Personable Recruitment Service for Accounts and Finance Staff in Public Practice and the Commercial Sector.

Establised in January 2004 with two offices, one in Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire and our more recent addition in London Bridge in January 2012.

Chameleon Personnel is a Recruitment Business dealing with Accountancy & Finance and Administrative Appointments both for temporary and permanent staff. The bulk of our business is conducted in Herts, Beds, Bucks and North and Central London, but for some National and International clients who have specific roles, we also assist with their specialist recruitment needs in other parts of the UK and indeed worldwide. Our Consultants are all happy to provide free recruitment and salary advice where required based on their extensive knowledge of recruiting in their sectors.

In 2009 we launched our New Recruitment Model in response to a market where high recruitment fees were no longer a valid option for many organizations. The needs of our clients and candidates are at the forefront of our business. We understand recruitment, and we understand that finding the right job (and finding the right person for the job) isn’t always black and white. Our philosophy is one of flexibility and change.
