Description: A vacancy has arisen for a commercially aware Financial Controller to report to the Managing Director in this small successful manufacturing business.
You will provide central accounting support to the Group's businesses, which currently have a combined annual turnover in excess of £6.5m and employ 80 staff.
As part of the management team you will have a direct opportunity to contribute to the long term profitability of the Group.
Candidates must be able to display good man management skills, sound technical competence, strong IT knowledge (excel in particular - Crystal reports an advantage), commercial awareness and the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
Base salary will be £35,000 with up to an additional £5,000 in discretionary bonuses in the first year. A more Substantial Management Bonus will apply in the second year.
