Based in Bedfordshire
Salary circa £25,000
You should be an experienced administrator with experience in HR and accounts.
Your duties will include:
Co-ordinate and administer the recruitment process
Make the offer of employment via a telephone call and send out the hard copy offer letter after review.
Maintain and manage the induction and leavers processes.
Maintain and further develop personnel records.
Manage the disciplinary process.
Produce training and development frameworks.
Administer the Employee Management Incentive Share Option Scheme.
Develop and administer the company's Health and Safety and Fire Policies.
Assist when required with financial and administrative matters.
Manage the holiday and sickness records and alert dept managers of any operational concerns.
Manage maternity/paternity/parental/unpaid leave.
Keep up to date with relevant legislation.
Advise dept managers/staff on HR matters as and when required
You should have excellent communication skills, commercial acumen and sound HR knowledge.
