Our client is looking for a payroll specialist to fulfill payroll processing and employee payroll issues.
Duties:
Undertake monthly payroll collation and coordination with ADP, the external provider.
Payroll preparation, data inputting, and transmission to ADP i.e. new starters/leavers/ maternity, paternity LOA's, student loans etc
Payroll checking and verification of data with other members of Human Resources team/Finance team
Ensure payroll is compliant at all times including obtaining sign off from Regional VP.
Responsible for all PeopleSoft updates, aligment between People Soft and ADP Freedom to maintain clean data.
Knowledge of UK payroll tax and NI.
Liaison with HMRC
Pensions enrolments, AVC's, changes, monthly reviews
Management of childcare voucher scheme
Facilitating payroll/benefit queries from employees
You should have experience managing payroll activities and Inland Revenue reporting.
You should also have experience of working with PeopleSoft and someone who has a passion
for payroll and delivering best in class service to employees.
