The firm has approximately 100 staff and provides multi-disciplinary accountancy and business advisory services operating from offices in London and Guildford. The main duties of this role are filing paper reports and managing the paper filing system, printing and sending out payslips where required, running reports off the computer and general admin work as required by the Payroll Team We are looking for an enthusiastic team player perhaps seeking their fist role with GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English at Grade C or above. You'll need to have a good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word and the ability to use computerised software would be an advantage, but training will be given. We'd like you to have good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and these will be tested at interview. You will be required to travel to client premises from time to time (largely within London) so you will need to be flexible and resourceful with a demonstrable ability to use your initiative appropriately to resolve problems.
